Una Torta Per Anna… A Cake For Anna…
We celebrated Anna and Nicola's Birthdays on Easter . Anna made Nicola his favorite, Pizza di Ricotta for his Birthday cake, and I made Anna's Cake. A very Springtime Motif on a Pink Ombre cake. It was a beautiful, sunny day… perfect for Gavin and Giu Giu to enjoy an Easter Egg Hunt.

Dear Mary, I'm surprised you can't hear me commenting rather loud about this masterpiece :) The cake is a work of art, and the layers look delicious :) I love the photo of Anna and Nicola blowing out the candles together with your mom looking on - precious memories.
