Pasta...

I've been making lots of homemade pasta lately.  So easy,  but,  a labor of love for sure... the outcome is always worth the effort.  A favorite way to spend a few hours...   Ravioli filled with Fresh Ricotta and  and Roasted Butternut Squash...  Mushroom,  Fresh Arugula,  Mascarpone and Fontina filled Manicotti.  And of course,  a big batch of Gnocchi.

  1. Mary, I've always wondered what it would be like to make homemade pasta. What a great thing this is to do for your family. Homemade raviolis sound delicious. Your table setting is so lovely. I'm making spaghetti tonight, so we are thinking alike today. :)

    Happy February, Mary!

  2. Hi Mary!

    Tell me!

Did you make all of that pasta at different interludes, or do you make it all at once and freeze it?

    The process is so beautiful!

I love your Anthropology plates. I have considered them for the bride and groom place setting for Jay and Camille's wedding.

Wishing you a wonderful weekend! Lot's of noshing will be happening up here. Mr. D and I are going to a crab feed Saturday night and then there's Super Bowl Sunday! I will be fine as long as I keep the carbs at bay!
