Beautiful food, and beautiful presentation has always been so important to me, just as it always was for Dad. Right now, more than ever, I am really loving the roses in my garden… the English ones in particular… they are so happy right now. The colors seem more spectacular than ever, Anna says they've never been prettier… I have to agree. The beautiful shapes, and the different fragrances just amaze me… adding Roses to my Lemon Swirl Cheesecake, and to Linda's Birthday Cake was an easy way to make something delicious, pretty…

Oh Mary, your roses are just beautiful. So many colors and different shapes and kinds. I especially admire the Pink ones. Some of my rose bushes had spots on the leaves, so I had to take off all the leaves and even prune the branches, and I'm wondering when they will start blooming for me again. I did get a few pics before, as the roses were still pretty. Gardening can be wonderful, but sometimes a lot of work. You certainly have a green thumb, Mary, and you can see it in these pictures. The raindrops pictures are so lovely. Now, this cake and cheesecake look very moist and delicious.
ReplyDeleteHave a good rest of the week. I'm off to the dentist right now, no fun.
