The Holidays came and went so quickly… wish it wasn't always so frantic. Although it was nice, I am happy to have it behind me and turn my thoughts to the garden. Deciding what to do with the fountain garden area for a lower maintenance option. It's almost time to prune the roses, but it is hard to think of that when they are still giving me an occasional beautiful bloom or two…
Oh my goodness, when I saw that first rose picture, Mary, I smiled big. It's soooo pretty. You know, I can't wait to plant some roses this spring at my new home, and I was wondering if I should plant pink or red ones, cause you have to get just the right color of both. Seeing your roses, I think this is the perfect shade of pink. They look so nice on your table too.
