Made a little cake for Vincenzo's Birthday... We had a nice family dinner,  and sang Happy Birthday to celebrate his special day,  while he is away from home... A Chocolate Cake,  decorated with hand made  Gum Paste  leaves,  painted with food colors in Autumn hues,  and a few dried roses...

Fallen Chocolate Souffle Cake goes great with Good Port...And Mark and Dave do love good Port...Decorated with a simple free form Chocolate  flower , very simple and  not too girly...
