I really like simple little arrangements with a few flowers and some herbs cut from the garden, simple and beautiful...

 Whatever looks pretty together,  Sunflowers,  Rosemary,  of course...

Can't do much with Morning Glories,  other than admire their unbelievable beauty...

Blackberries and blueberries are so beautiful and delicious... and made into pie,  with a buttery homemade crust makes them even better...

Pane dolce alla Nutella... Nutella bread...

We love Nutella and we love pastries,  so ,  I made Nutella bread.  Buttery and decadent...

In Attesa per l' Autunno... Waiting for Autumn...

I started Pumpkins so early this year because I wanted to be sure that I would  have them in time for Halloween,  or at all for that matter.  I've had so little success with growing pumpkins in the past.  This year though,  I was determined.  So,  I started planting early,  made sure  my soil was well amended, and watered properly.  I'm happy to have lots of little Pumpkins which I have already harvested, and more on the vines.

Sunflowers are so amazing...  One little seed and all this beauty...  I love all the traditional yellow ones, but the Autumn tones are stunning...  and I am thinking  about autumn...

Piatti per dolcetti fatti da me... Tiered dessert plates made by me...

I love pedestal plates.  I have lots of them and use them in many ways.  When I saw the tiered dessert pedestal in a recent issue of Country Living Magazine,  I knew it was a project for me... Not too hard ,  not a lot of set up,  not a lot of materials needed.  My kind of craft,  easy and instant gratification...

One of these is a gift ,  the other I will keep.  I have more plates and plan to do a couple more for gifts.

While preparing dinner outside the other night,  I looked up and noticed how beautiful the sky looked.  The colors were soft and amazing ...
