A special place to be... Creating new recipes, and making favorite dishes...Things like Olive Bread, Pasta alla Carbonara, An Artichoke and Roasted Garlic Galette, French Onion Soup, and Pasta with Shrimp. In the kitchen! My happy place!

Cooking can be a comfort sometimes. Oh, your dishes look delicious, Mary. I love French onion soup, and we used to have it every Christmas Eve, but with bits of bread and lots of cheese baked on top.
