Gnudi...

Similar to Gnocchi,  but made with Ricotta rather than Potato,  possibly even more delicious.  Homemade Ricotta,  allowed to drain well  before combining with the other ingredients.  I served these with a fresh from the garden sauce,  using fresh zucchini,  my sun dried tomato pesto,   a little tomato, and a little cream… Another batch in a light mushroom sauce,  served  with Port Braised Short Ribs was prefect for a cold winter night…

  1. Sono immagini che parlano da sole... dai gnocchi davvero deliziosi, alle ricotte fresche e al mazzetto di basilico di cui immagino il profumo... meraviglioso!

  2. Mary, these are wonderful dishes made with fresh ingredients from your garden. There's nothing better than that. I love sun dried tomatoes so much. Oh, that crown looks lovely in your garden.

Enjoy the rest of the week, Mary.
