Espaliered Apple Trees and Mini Apple Pies for two...

The Apple Espaliers are happy and full of fruit.   It doesn't feel like Apple Pie or Apple Tart time to me , but,  oh well... I made Mini Apple Pies and a Ricotta Tart with Apples and Thyme...

  3. Yummy, Mary!! My mouth waters everytime I see the delicious foods you make. Those little apple trees are perfect for a back yard. I really like the plates that your mini apple pies are on, especially the blue.

    Have a great week, Mary.

  7. Mary, you are amazing and so inspiring.
It's fun tracking "your artful apples" from the garden, into kitchen...on their way to the palate!
You know how to feed the senses, my friend!
