Torta Per Il Compleanno Di Una Cara Amica... Birthday Cake For A Good Friend...
A simple Vanilla Cake filled with a Boysenberry Jam and Cream Cheese filling.... Sweet! Pink Rosettes , Edible Pearls, and Edible Glitter... Very Girly...
Ohhhhhh...so not fair! I'm starting to cut back on sweets and that luscious cake is too irresistible!!! Thank heavens there is a computer screen between me and that cake or it would be gone! LOL
Hello. So glad I found your lovely blog via the Grow Your Own Blog project. I had the marvelous opportunity to visit Italy twice while my son and his wife were living in Vincenza. Came over to visit new grandchildren and truly fell in love with your lovely country of birth. I can't wait to make the candy mint cake plate for my own grandchildren...they will adore it. Blessings to you and those you love.
Oooh, I am just swooning over your pink cake and your pink roses!... what a beautiful gift for your friend... love how the inside looks too... yummy!... xoxo Julie Marie
Hello Mary, I started following your blog yesterday and saw that you posted a new post so I hopped over to read it. What a labor intensive little pink cake, I know all those stars took some time but it sure looks yummy! I used to design wedding cakes for a small bakery until my fibromyalgia decided it had other ideas... *sigh* I do miss making cakes! Oh well, I can come over to your blog for a cyber slice of cake and it is no mess to clean up and no calories! :D Well, I still have a few more blogs to visit but I'll be back again soon to see what you are up to. Hugs from a new friend, Beth P
Your cake looks amazing! Way to pretty to eat. I'm still making my way through visiting everyone from Vicki's Grow Your Blog party. I hope you will stop by to say hello.
Ciao, amica! I was searching for ideas for beautiful cakes and found your blog! What a treat, and this cake is just delightful, bellissima! Your entire blog is so lovely, and includes some things that really speak to me... I plan to visit often! I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to cake decorating, so I wondered if you'd tell me what type of tip you used for the flowers on this? I do love the fresh and inspiring photos and the Italian influence of what I see on this page! Grazie, abbracci da Seattle nonna!
Yummy! You have made this all look so beautiful. x
