Torta di Crepe alla Fragola e Balsamico... Strawberry Balsamic Crepe Cake...
Layers and layers of very thin Crepes, Strawberry Balsamic Jam, and Vanilla Pastry Cream, dusted with Powdered Sugar, and a sweet Balsamic Reduction infused with Strawberry... delicate and delicous...

Buongiorno Mary, sai che ad una torta di crepes non avevo mai pensato? Eppure deve essere semplice e facile fare oltrechè buonissima! In realtà le crepes sarebbero una base e poi dentro potrei anche mettere altre cose, tipo cacao, nutella, altre marmellate...vero? Bella idea davvero....Auguri di Buon Anno! Francesca
