Pasta is always on the menu when Priscilla comes home for the weekend... This time it was hand stamped pasta called "Corzetti". I made the dough , rolled it into a thin sheet, cut it , and then stamped it with my wooden Corzetti stamp... one by one. This is a labor of love for sure, but always appreciated by family and friends...
My stamp has two designs, olive branches and grape clusters... bellissimo...
The sauce I made for this dish was a simple Pine Nut and Herb sauce... delizioso...
Oh my Mary!!! Homemade pasta, I'd be in heaven. It looks wonderful and I know it would have tasted absolutely devine! There I go heaven & devine. :)

ReplyDeleteI have never heard of stamped pasta. This is just too gorgeous and definitely a labor of love. Thank you for the nice comments on Penelope, our new basset hound grand dog. She does come from very good stock and while visiting, she was good as gold. I keep hearing about their stubborn streak but it took me no time at all to teach her to heel as we walked. Have a wonderful week and hope to see you again soon.
